HR & Admin Executive
HR and Admin Executive (with 2+ years of experience) is expected to perform following activities diligently in time -
- Handle Recruitment process
- Maintain online & offline personnel databases including time offs & contracts
- Help maintain the company culture and policies
- On boarding process
- Handle Payroll
- Training Material Development & Delivery
- Internal Helpdesk Management for employees
Skill Requirements -
- Must be fluent in communication : Hindi & English - Written & Verbal
- Familiarity with HR tools for management
- Basic knowledge of labor laws
- MS Office (Pro-efficient)
- Organising & Planning Skills
- Willing to travel to various locations of the company
