Cemseal Cemcure is a water based coating, specially designed to deposit a low cost and highly efficient curing membrane in the form of a film, which retains moisture and water in freshly placed concrete to ensure the strength development of the concrete, and with additional advantages of non- toxicity and the elimination of fire hazard. Cemcure is available in two bases: Silica & Wax.
Properties

Application
• Cemseal Cemcure is suitable for use under conditions of high temperature and is designed specifically for application to exterior concrete pavements and mass concrete construction. It is not recommended for use where the temperature is below 5°C
• For horizontal surface, the Cemseal Cemcure should be applied to newly placed concrete as soon as the initial surface has disappeared from concrete face.
• For vertical surface, immediately upon removal of formwork, it is essential to clamp down the concrete surface with clean water prior to the application of Cemseal Cemcure.
