NLSS – 1001 is a high molecular weight polymer, chloride free, high range water reducing admixture designed as an aid to high quality concrete production, it conforms to BS 5057 part1 (1982) and ASTM C494 – 98 Type A & F.

Applications

• Enables a reduced Water : Cement ratio to facilitate the production of high strength concrete.
• Improves work ability at given water : cement ratio, aiding flow and compaction around re-inforcement and the production of clean faced concrete.
• Reduces viscosity thus improving pumpability, allows slump. Concrete can be turned into flowing concrete that requires little or no vibration for compaction.
• Enables optimum cement content for given strength requirements.
• Reduces segregation and laitance particularly in harsh gap-graded mixture.
• High range, low dosage plasticizer working at a dosage range between 0.4% to 1% by weight of cement depending on the site mix design requirements.
